After paying the fees of Rs. 500/- at Cash Counter (Window No. 20), the form should be submitted to Examination Section (Room No. 42) with your fee receipt. A student can send a demand draft in favor of “Registrar, Gujarat University” amounting to Rs. 500/- for the degree certificate.
Students will get the Duplicate Degree Certificate within one month from Examination Section (Room No. 42) in person.
A Legible attested XEROX copy of the Mark sheet and degree certificate of the relevant Degree Examination must invariably be attached with the application form.
.How to get a Special Type (Provisional Degree Certificate)of Certificate in Gujarat university?
Students, who have applied for Degree Certificate/not applied for Degree Certificate, will be eligible for a Special Type of Certificate. An application form is available from Examination Section (Room No. 42) free of cost and also available on the university website After paying the fees of Rs. 200/- at Cash Counter (Window No. 20), the form should be submitted to Examination Section (Room No. 42) with fee receipt.
A Legible attested XEROX copy of the Mark-Sheet of the relevant Degree Examination must invariably be attached with the application form.
· Students will get the Provisional Degree Certificate within 15th days from Examination Section (Room No. 42) in person.

How to get Marksheet/Degree Certificate verified in Gujarat university?
Institute/Agencies who wish to verify Marksheet/Degree certificate issued by Gujarat University, need to submit attested copy of Degree certificate and relevant mark sheets in the examination section (Room No. 42) of Gujarat University along with prescribed fees. Rs. 200/- per Degree certificate or Rs. 50 per Marksheet per copy.
Institute/Agencies only can send their application stating enclosures through the post with prescribed fees. Fees can be paid in person at the university office cash counter (Window No. 20) or by Demand Draft in favor of “Registrar, Gujarat University" payable at Ahmedabad.
The University will send an appropriate response within one month from the receipt of the documents to the respective Institute/Agencies directly by post.
